Disappointing Experience
I recently purchased the VLCC Diamond Facial Kit with high hopes for a luxurious skincare experience, especially for a special occasion. However, upon receiving the product, I was extremely disappointed to find that one of the essential components, the diamond scrub, was missing from the pack.As a customer, it’s disheartening to receive a product that is incomplete, especially when it’s meant for a specific purpose or event.
