Decent phone
It’s a good phone for the price. Battery is not very good but decent. Performance is good for daily tasks , though can do casual gaming, better phones like Vivo t3 or Narzo 70 turbo for heavy gaming are available . I don’t use camera that much but it’s decent but u can get better camera in other phones with same price. It heats while downloading large games i.e. genshin impact, or files on 5g other than it does not heat but gets a little warm while playing games which is normal. Samsung One ui is great which is it’s best feature. Build quality is good and it’s a light phone. Display is best for the price and is pretty bright. UI is the main reason for buying this phone other companies like realme and vivo have very bad ui with no life at all even though there specs are good.

Phone with the worst camera and overheating issue.
Bought this phone in Great Indian Festival Sale, it had no review as it was new launch but I trusted Samsung, that’s the mistake I made.This phone has very bad camera, oversaturated colors a brown gate looks bright red in it.Battery doesn’t last long and there was no fast charger in the box to make it less of a pain.The phone gets overheated(enough to keep it away with fear) while playing any game.Speakers are bad, sounds like the bottom speaker is being choked and has weird echo-ish sound.The only good thing is the software clean(almost, had to disable some things) OneUI 6.1If you are looking for a decent phone and have no interest in taking good photos and don’t want to play games and won’t be using speaker for watching anything then you can buy this.I couldn’t return the phone and also couldn’t post this review as reviews were disabled. I felt so scammed.Thank you Samsung for ruining my excitement of buying a new phone after so many years.

Very Good for Basic Use
Gifted the mobile to my elderly parents. Very fast and good performance. The battery lasts throughout the day . Also camera quality was decent enough . Overall value for money and non laggy software for senior citizens.

Slim and sleek mobile phone
This is a good mobile with good UI and software.I don’t use mobile phone for photograpy/gaming. So these two aspects which seem important for many users, isn’t of any great importance to me.I did of course, took a few pics and a ten-minute video, and they all came out well.It’s a slim, sleek, light-weight mobile and has good display of which, I am happy about, being a content consumer.Call reception & quality are good, WiFi & mobile data connectivity is also good.Battery back up is decent for its 5000mah one.Not a great mobile to feel any elevated but a good one for routine usage.Well, I ain’t complaining 🙂

I reviews after 1wk used nice looking phone and phone work nicely battery sound connectivity quality and charging every thing is good yes phone is thin and light weight when you use music in loud volume u feel vibration in back but overall phone is very nice yes i purchased by watching lots lots video from youtube everyone said phone is not good phone quality is not good heating issue but phir bhi i purchased this phone and i happy to sahre feedback about phone yes some heating issue in this phone but its ok other wise overall performance is good ð

Do Not buy Samsung phones
I have bought many Samsung phones over the years, both online and offline. They all worked fine. But this time was different.This phone started restarting by itself which I initially put down to new phone being updated. But after a few days when it started happening four to five times a day, I decided to return the phone.First shock. While the phone had 10 day return policy on Amazon, when I called to return the phone, Amazon said they cannot accept return and window closed on morning of ten day and I was calling in afternoon. Never expected this behaviour from Amazon. I was asked to approach Samsung service centre.I did that and they simply reset the phone and told me that if the problem persists to go their repair centre whose address they gave. The problem remained unresolved so I approached their authorized repair centre. They kept the phone and asked me to contact after 2-3 days.Second shock, after 3 days, they gave the phone back after reset and told that the phone has been labelled as NDF (No Defect Found) status. They insisted that it never restarted once while they had it. Blatant lies being told by authorized repair centre. I took the phone home. Problem persisted so I contacted Samsung helpline. They said to take the phone again to repair centre and they will repair properly.So went again and was told unofficially they dont repair brand new phones as they have earlier encountered customers who got the phones replaced as they didnt like the model. Second Shock. I said I never asked for a different phone. If you cant repair it replace the phone with a working phone.Third shock. They said they cant replace with another same phone and also they dont have any idea when the faulty part (phone motherboard) can be obtained by them.Fourth shock. I got hit on by scammers who knew the entire story of my phone (obviously from inside sources in the company/service centre) and offered to enable me to buy any Samsung phone at 40% discount (since I had suffered due to bad product from their company) and the balance will be adjusted when old phone will be returned. They claimed to do this at back end only as this kind of discount not available on website. I agreed to pay half the amount (twelve thousand) and of course it went into a black hole.Fifth shock, 2 December it will be TWO MONTHS since I bought the phone and still havent received from Samsung repair centre. This after 40-50 phone calls with repair centre and Samsung helpline.End of story, dont buy Samsung phones if dont like gambling. If it works, fine. If it doesnt, your money is gone. Samsung will never replace the faulty phone supplied by them.
