Working fine after 4 days
Writing a review after 4 days of very light usage. The phone does as advertised.Pros1. Call quality Excellent. A phone is a phone after all and I like the voice clarity in this phone.2. Apps: no crashes3. Transfer of data from old phone Done with no trouble with Smart Switch. Whatsapp data transfer was quick with 5G network.4. Screen Brightness good for outdoors5. Battery still 20 % remaining after first charging 4 days ago.Cons1. The screen does not go completely black as in AMOLED displays.2. The 5G is at best a experimental network. Jio says unlimited 5g. I have seen download speed upto 232 Mbps but uplaod speed is less than 7 Mbps, but the main problem is not speed. The battery starts to drain like anything once I connect to 5g network (say 5% in about 10 minutes while updating aps in playstotre). Please read the article: Samsung phone battery drains quickly on 5G service. This is true for any 5G phone. Also the phone warms up during connecting to 5G network and heavy downloading. So I have kept the power saving switch on and switch it off when I need to connect to 5g services.3. Bloatwares are holding on tightly. I will have to find ways to eradicate them.Overall I find this phone working nicely, so 5 Stars. Bought it for Rs13990.

The phone look ok, has battery ok, and extending storage ok, even 5g ok and all others like camera, signal, speed, performance not ok.In first week the phone started to hang!Camera is below averageSwitching of 4g to 5g is very poor.However if you can get it below 10k then its ok as compared to others of the range!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent purchase of the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G (Berry Blue, 4GB, 128GB) from Amazon, as well as the poor after-sales service I received.On March 25th, 2024, I ordered the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G from Amazon, and it was promptly delivered on March 26th, 2024. However, from the moment I started using the device, I encountered several issues.Firstly, the phone frequently freezes and becomes unresponsive, making it extremely frustrating to use. Additionally, the device overheats both during regular usage and while charging, which raises concerns about its safety and reliability.On March 28th, 2024, I contacted Amazon customer care to request assistance and arrange for servicing or a replacement. However, I was extremely disappointed by the response I received. Instead of offering a solution or arranging for assistance, I was simply directed to contact the brand’s service center.This lack of support and assistance from Amazon’s customer service team is unacceptable, especially considering that the phone was purchased directly from Amazon and delivered just two days prior. As a loyal customer, I expected better service and support from Amazon.In light of these issues and the poor after-sales service experience, I strongly advise against purchasing Samsung products, especially from Amazon’s online platform. The lack of quality control and support undermines the trust and confidence consumers have in both the brand and the retailer.I hope that Amazon takes this feedback seriously and takes steps to improve its after-sales service processes to ensure a better experience for its customers in the future.
