Substandard Defective Product and Refund
Well the mobile was dead on arrival for which a cert was issued by samsung gallery and amazon tech visit at home. The pick up was arranged on 26th and 31st but due Amazon internal issues with third party pick up the mobile was not picked up .Still awaiting resolution fm the past 15 days due poor after sales service for refund and support
