Camera of mobile
I donât have words to explain the quality of camera, only can say it is pathetic, poor, disgusting etc. I have connected with their team also and they told me that they canât do any thing as camera will provide this type of pic only. I will suggest please donât buy Redmi Note 14 mobile it is totally wastage of money and they are fooling by saying it is 50mp camera; however my old mobile provide better pic. I am going to request to Amazon also please donât keep these type of low standard product which are costing so much. I am never going to buy electronic product from Amazon because if quality of product is not good u canât return it and ur hard earned money will go to waste and will suggest my family and friends also not to buy electronic product from Amazon.

Defective phone and worst amazon support
This phonr hangs, its slow and battery gets discharged fast. Sometimes the touch screen wont respond.Amazon customer care denied for return and said to comtact Xiaomi directly for further resolution.Its always better to buy directly from Xiaomi then, while Amazon refuses any after sales support.It seems now i have to sale it on cashify and buy new phone, but definitely not from Amazon anymore.Being a prime customer for years this is the first time im so so unhappy with Amazon

Clearly not in redmi’s usual budget
For the cost it’s not valuable, the amoled panel is not that clear quality of youtube videos are not that rich and charging with 33watt charger takes too long to charge. There are better phones at less price range.
