Very good product, for mid to low strict water.
After using it for a year! I’m totally sold on it, till purchase i haven’t changed any part of it, and still water tastes same. at this price tag its value for money product.i mounted it on my wall on my own, and installation is easy, you can also call installation guy whose number is on box.I don’t use water container to hold water though, so I don’t know if filled water container will stay as it is in current condition, but if you just want RO, go for it. 5 Star for a reason.

Most Economical but untrustworthy – Terrible Service Experience.
The product has all the specs of the much costlier – Kent or Aqua Guard. This is probably because it is an upcoming brand and may raise prices once it is established. I got it for 4500 Rs.The installation happened 1 day after the product arrived and the technician was very knowledgeable and quick. The installation cost was 400 and I bought an extra cover, a pressure controller and a valve – all together it came to 1000 Rs.Water tds is 80-100, down from 900 in my tap.That’s where the good experience ended and the horrible experience began. Within a few days his system big and leaking at multiple points. When we called for the service engineer he came and said that the membrane had gone. Guess what! that wasn’t under warranty. Paid an additional 2200 after being told that the membrane cost is 1800. When asked for the reason the technician said we are not the company we need to earn salaries!Worst of all is that the problem is not solved still. The leaking continues.Buy high quality expensive brand you cry once. Buy a cheap brand like RK and you keep crying repeatedly!!!Lesson learnedFinal Edit – A week ago, I ordered Kent and junked this.

No service center in all towns
The water purifier RK Aquafresh AZ series 200 had good features at the competitive price. The description says RO filer is their own patented . They don’t have service center in my hometown( It’s as district headquarters). As there is a need to changing the filters having a authorised service centre will be advantageous.

I have used total at three different locations.. and the performance is so good, when the water taste is getting difference… or yearly once we have to replace the membrane other wise Motor will get struck, and we have to replace the total Set, Actually every company RO system is like this only… this Unit is performing almost equal to any branded Units.

Good machine but poor material
So far water quality is good, I installed it towards end of Jan. They need to make with sturdier plastic.Update on 15 jul 2021. Water quality is good. But the body has given up, here are photos of all the cracks. Will advise to buy only if you have option on keeping it on a rack/ bracket/ holder. DO NOT HANG IT. Or until manufacturer improves with sturdy body. Also there are holes for pipes to pass through, insects tend to fall in the water inside.

Best and easy to use system for new people
I totally did not know anything about RO and stuff nor did i have much time for its survey, but when i searched in amazon for a new RO, the best rated came to this one.The ratings justify this RO since after my first use, i am very impressed by its working. TDS adjuster works very well and i checked it through TDS meter.For the price range, believe me you can not find such a RO and all the terms related to installation and charges are very clearly mentioned.Although I have received the upper cabinet a bit cracked but all internal system is intact and i dont want to replace it for such minor thing.Will update more after 3-4 months of usage
