machine has problems
 Water output is not alkaline or any where near. My ro alkaline gives much better results. Got the replacement the expert from the company gave me reason why the machine was not working in my parent’s room while a different brand of alkaline ionizer was working in my room in the same house..

It was leaking
water starts leaking at the joint after connection. I have called the plumber to solve the issue. After using thread seal the leaking stop. But don’t know how much time it will work.Also the plastic used is of not good quality. Slight more pressure may break the plastic.
