Extremely bad quality steel and bad workmanship!
The steel of both the upper and lower tanks was heavily corroded after just three days of use. You don’t expect stainless steel body of a water filter to corrode so quickly and so badly.
The workmanship is rather shody with sharp protrusions at the edges of the holes where you fix the filter candles. Seals are also of poor quality. The candles seem okay.
But the worst part for me is the attitude of Customer Care at chat and calls. The experience has been very frustrating and time wasting. I am an old customer of Amazon and never had bad experience with Customer Care before this.
Thrice pick up for return and refund has failed in past ten days. Now I am waiting for the fourth pick up.
When I asked in the chat to speak to someone higher up the reply I got from the guy at the Customer Care was that you will get same reply from the supervisor. Hope Amazon will look into why Customer Care has repeatedly behaved so badly in the case of this product.

Easy to install. I use it for 20 liter water storage. Doesnât work well with hard water.

It took some cleaning of the container because of where the holes were drilled, (black glue stuck on & I had to scrub it off with a soft sponge). The directions were not too clear so I looked up a YouTube video on how to install the ceramic candles & spout. But once I cleaned it and put it all together, I filled the top container and let the first 2 batches of filtered water drain through and dumped it out. Then the 3rd batch came out looking clean, with no white looking film in the water. I threw out the first 3 cups of water to be sure the spout was clean as well. Now my family uses it everyday and the water has no funny taste or anything, just good drinking water. This is my first time using this sort of filter so I might update this review later. But in all, the product works and we are enjoying having filtered drinking water at a good capacity. I already refilled it from the first day I started using it, once. We drink a lot of water. So I refilled the complete batch after 4 days. Hope this review helps someone.
