Product is good. Installation was seemles except for the fact the installation was delayed for 10 days, not sure why this happened. But other than that the installation team that visited home was nice and friendly.

Satisfied, but We have some concerns
Kent Supreme 11111 model installation by Kent representative was very good and in time. The unit looks so nice and is working fine. Satisfied with its pure water supply. But, this model lags in some points. The water level indication is not clear. When we look for correct level, we will get confusion only. Also, when the unit is running, no light indication is in this model. Kent has to improve in the above areas to become the best model.
