I ordered it thinking Kent has a name, but it came as a shock to see such a flimsy plastic product with no sturdiness. There was no booklet to help in setting it up. I’m returning and have asked for refund. Absolutely disappointed. I want to give a zero.

 The product is dispensing good quality of water. No doubt.RO is really making the water sweet in taste.Pros- good in this price range, easy to handle, easy to clean, easy to relocate any where, low maintenanceDrawback- As per the upper capacity of the tank, if you put water more than half of the tank, the carbon filter bulges up due to water. So, you can not put more than half tank water in above tank. E.g. if the upper tank is of 5 litres, you can only 2-2.5litres of water at a time. If you go beyond the carbon filter will come up and keep floating. So you have to wait to fill it full.Else all over feedback, its good

Leakage problem
Though product is good but it has leakage issue.. I read lots of negative reviews about that still seller hasn’t done anything regarding this.Disappointed by Amazon services ð
