Filter is shipped in standard 1.5 inch in out but can be connected to any pipe size from 0.5 inches to 2 inches using reducers
Dual Pressure guage glycerine filled are provided in the package , Install 1 Before filter and 1 after filter , This will help keep a check on pressure difference , If pressure difference increases , it means its the time to service
please check installation diagram in the last image , Installation is not provided by the company , your plumber will be required to do the installation
Hardware fittings are not provided by the company , please make main and by pass line for filter as shown in the last product image

Filter is used for overhead tank in the house. Since water remains in the filter, algae (green) develops in the filter. The whole filter becomes green. This algae will enter the storage tank also. Some modification is to be done

I have two Ionix 20-inch Jumbo Filters which keep the water in my house clean. Their performance is excellent and all the mud, sediments and impurities in municipal supply is separated efficiently by the 5-micron spun filter. The sturdy blue casing is heavy but very easy to clean. Initially there was an issue of minor leakage, but it was easily solved by adding an extra O-ring which can be purchased directly from the company. The Ionix Customer Helpline is very helpful and quickly solves all queries. They even have a direct whatsapp number which is monitored 24×7. The refill service for new filter cartridges is very fast and well-packaged. I am satisfied with the professional behaviour of the company staff and management.

Poor product description
Inlet outlet size non-standard. It’s not 1.5 inch mentioned in the description. Still unable to get reducer from the market.No hole for attaching the pressure gauge as depicted in product description.Overall my experience is. It may be good but not worth buying at 4400 especially you will end up waisting lot of tome and money to get it fixed. Either sell should provide clear product description and also Inlet outlet reducer also with products
