Is it standard practice to send GERMKILL Processor without any plastic cover?
I have been using Pure It for more than 18 years. The standard practice of supplying this Germkill Kit is that all three components come with a plastic cover. But nowadays for the last two supplies, I have noticed that the GERMKILL processor comes without any plastic cover(earlier it was packed in perforated plastic). Do the company has changed the packing policy Or I have received a faulty supply? Expecting reply before 26 June.

Disappointing Performance – Stopped Working Within a Month!
I’m extremely disappointed with the HUL Pureit Germkill kit for Classic 23L water purifier. Despite its promising features and average 8-9 month lifespan, my unit stopped working within just a month!
The product’s performance was subpar, and its durability was a letdown. I expect a water purifier to last longer than a few weeks, especially considering the brand reputation and price point.
Unless the manufacturer addresses these quality control issues, I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere for a reliable water purifier.
