However, this experience has been an absolute disappointment on multiple fronts.After an accidental fall, the phoneâs glass broke, and a large black patch appeared on the display, making it unusable. When I contacted Honorâs service centers, I was informed that sourcing spare parts was a persistent issue. Despite submitting my phone for repair at a larger service center, even seven months later, the required parts have not arrived, leaving my phone unrepaired.To make matters worse, after a software update, the phone developed green and pink lines on the displayâan issue widely reported online as being linked to faulty software. These lines often worsen over time, and with no replacement parts available, the phone remains inoperable.Additionally, the device suffers from poor signal reception. Despite being marketed as a 5G phone, it struggles to maintain consistent network connectivity, even in areas where other devices perform perfectly. This affects basic usability like calls, browsing, and app functionality, which is unacceptable for a phone in this price range.Attempts to seek assistance from Amazon were futile, as they redirected me to Honor, stating post-sale responsibility lies with the manufacturer. Worth for money….
Good purchase for money. Battery back up is good. Doesn’t feel the weight though the phone is backed up with 5800 mAh battery. Camera both front and back are good. Takes good photos with clarity.Phone design is also good with curved display.Magic OS is good and smooth.Over all a good gadget for average class people with normal use and people with normal photography interests…ONLY DRAWBACK DOESN’T COME WITH A COMPATIBLE CHARGER.

This is the new phone with play store and Google apps.Display is super good and no eye strain even if you use full time. For my job, I’m using full time.UI is good as any other Huawei.Good battery backup, no heating while charging. But charging speed is not fast for the 30 watts. Type C to 3.5mm converter and a plastic headset is on the box.Volume is average.Histen audio quality and sound customisation is excellent.Front camera is good and natural color of skin, not mixing jk wall putty like oppo.Rear camera is average because of natural color, not punchy.Touch is butter smooth and palm rejection is excellent.Charging is slowing when you using or using Hotspot while charging, this is for protecting battery for long life.Call quality, calling while traveling, network reception 4G to 5G changing, all are good.Processor is capable for any tasks and Huawei honour is master in multitasking and keeping phone without hanging.Go for it if you want excellent display, good battery backup, long life, extra warranty, natural tone selfie, and a non cracking display during fall. On top of that, it’s a different experience to use Honor.( I used Samsung, Iqoo, realme, HTC, Asus, Redmi and felt Honor OS is better)
