   We need to know how the service will be in the coming days
   This review is after four days of use. The delivery boy came to do the insulation the next day after the delivery, the insulation was done very well and the delivery boy explained it well. The water quality is good, I did the alkaline test the pH level was 9.0 and the ORP test result very good. I got this water purifier at a low price on offer, thanks amazon. Can buy without any doubt so far so good let’s see how the service is in coming days

   Working without issues – 5 month review
   Writing this review after using it for 5 months. Purchased it on Aug 23 at below 20K price point.Some pros and cons of this purifier:Pros:- Water taste is slightly towards sweet- Warm water function is good and easy to use, especially for little kids in winters- Build quality is decent, if not excellent- Quality of pipes and external sediment filter is nice. No cost cutting there.- Working flawlessly for the last 5 monthsCons:- Water flow is slightly less. Takes 50 sec to refill a litre bottle- Motor starts to refill even if we take 50ml of water from RO.- When you take 50ml of warm water and then try to fill another cup of warm water, you can’t because it starts heating it again until it reaches 45C again. Till then you have to wait for 3-4 minutes.- RO motor is not completely silent and slight vibrations are there. Makes noise especially in winters when there are no fans running.Installation and Demo:- They have employed noobs for installation. I had to send back the first person who came for installation. At first attempt, he installed it at wrong place and that too at an angle. When asked for demo, he just explained how to get cold water, but he knew nothing about the heating part. He didn’t even knew that there is a separate 800ml hot water steel container inside the RO even when i showed him the diagram in the users manual. Havells need to train their guys pretty seriously. Dealing with a 20K-25K appliance is no Joke. Learn from LG and samsung for their service.- The 2nd person they sent (because i didn’t shared the satifaction code sent on SMS) was better in terms of installation quality , but even he didn’t had the water level device, so i had to actively take part in the reinstallation and get it correctly installed.Service: 3 days back on 27th, i recieved a call from Havells for 1st free service and it was done the same day. No issues here.Periodic Costs:- They will strongly insist for AMC which will cost around 5500INR approx, which includes 4850INR worth of filters and full one year extended warranty. Its upto you to opt for it. According to them, the filters will definitely needs to be replaced after one year. In my case, the 5 point filter health indicator is still full after 5 months. These 5 points will gradually reduces with the filter life. Lets see after 1 full year. I didn’t opt for AMC but it can be taken anytime within 365 days of purchase. Will wait and might rethink of it at the end of its 1 year.

   A Frustrating Ordeal: Havells Garcia Forced to Install Myself,I Urge Them to Take It Back!
   My experience with the Havells Garcia water purifier has been nothing short of a series of disappointments and frustrations. From the very beginning, I faced issues with the installation services as the company failed to provide a technician even after 10-12 days of purchase. Left with no choice, I took matters into my own hands and did the installation by local technician.The troubles did not end there, as the hot and warm water options proved to be useless, pushing me to the brink of regret for choosing this product.The installation process was supposed to be a hassle-free and professional experience, but instead, it turned into a lengthy and unnecessary ordeal. After waiting for an extended period for a technician that never arrived, I felt abandoned and unsupported by Havells’ customer service. Their lack of responsiveness and failure to address my concerns left me feeling like a mere afterthought.Once the water purifier was finally set up, my hopes of enjoying the convenience of hot and warm water options were swiftly dashed. The hot water barely exceeded lukewarm temperature, while the warm water setting was practically indistinguishable from the cold water. These issues rendered the touted features entirely useless, leaving me questioning the value of my investment.In addition to the disappointing product performance, the lack of reliable installation services and the company’s indifference towards my concerns has left me severely dissatisfied. I cannot emphasize enough how much I regret this purchase and how I earnestly hope that Havells takes responsibility for their product’s faults.Given the numerous issues I have encountered – from the prolonged delay in installation assistance to the underwhelming product performance – I kindly request that Havells take back the water purifier and issue a full refund. The company should recognize the extent of customer dissatisfaction and prioritize rectifying the situation to salvage its reputation.In conclusion, the Havells Garcia water purifier has proved to be a source of frustration and disappointment. With the installation left to my own devices and the hot and warm water options falling flat, I implore Havells to act responsibly and address my grievances. A prompt resolution and a full refund would go a long way in restoring my faith in the brand’s commitment to customer satisfaction. Until then, I must caution others to consider alternative options before purchasing this water purifier.The pathetic installation services and the manufacturer’s negligence towards customer satisfaction make it a product I strongly discourage others from purchasing. The lack of accountability and poor after-sales support only serve to tarnish Havells’ reputation as a reputed brand. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this water purifier at all costs. There are far better options available in the market from brands that value their customers and stand behind the quality of their products.
