Extremely Disappointing Product and Seller – Beware!Review:I rarely write reviews, but my experience with the DHANVI AquaFresh Water Purifier and the seller has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to share.Product Problems:Installation Delay: The purifier was delivered on May 15, 2024, but it took over a week to get it installed. I had to constantly call and message the seller to get it done. Really inconvenient.Faulty Adapter: Within a month of installation, the adapter stopped working, making the purifier useless. This shouldn’t happen with a new product!Seller Problems:Terrible Customer Service: I contacted the seller immediately after the adapter failed. Despite many calls and WhatsApp messages, I was ignored. No help at all. It’s been weeks, and still no resolution.No Local Support: The seller claims to offer warranty support, but there’s no local service available. They told me to find a technician myself and pay for it, even though it’s under warranty.Unresponsiveness: I provided the technician’s contact details on June 20, 2024, and followed up many times, but got no response. They gave me deadlines that they never met and didn’t communicate at all.Overall Experience:This whole situation has been a nightmare. The seller doesnât honor the warranty, the product quality is poor, and the customer service is practically non-existent.
