Even paper and carbon degrades over time, especially when stored in warehouses where there is presumably treatment with chemicals to control insects / pests. Amazon sent a filter made in 2019 for delivery in Apr 2024. So, there is insufficient stock control and turnover. The replacement air filter sent did not have any manufacturing date.

Amazing air purifier! Great after sales service.
A great product from the reputed Korean brand. Ordered one for my child’s bedroom and within 6 months we bought our second one for the other room. We didn’t feel the need to look at other brands/options. The noise level is literally zero….does it’s job amazingly well! And to top it all you get great after sales service. Had to replace the HEPA filter after 2 years. Contacted the company and was immediately guided by them on where I could place the order.All in all, couldn’t be happier with my investment in this great product.

Degraded the Quality
Coway has either degraded the quality of margins of their seller because the quality of CARBON filter has gone worst drastically. The thickness is just less than half of what I got at the time of purchase. I think they are also making a good use of the current opportunity. Pls refrain from buying footlee India seller and Coway products. Better pay a premium and go for a product that atleast assures you quality.
