Poor Customer Service
I bought the Certified Refurbished Echo Show 8 (2nd Gen) expecting it to work like new, but sadly, that was not the case. The screen had noticeable glitches right from the start, and the audio cuts out randomly. Despite being labeled as “certified,” it feels far from refurbished, more like barely functional.To make matters worse, I’ve been trying to return the product, but Amazon’s customer service has been unresponsive. Iâve reached out multiple times, but I keep getting vague responses or no follow-up at all.I expected better from both Amazon and a product like Echo Show. I regret this purchase and would not recommend buying certified refurbished items from Amazon unless you are prepared for poor customer support.

Absolute waste of Money
The product is slow and clunky – The UI feels like its from 20 years ago. On top of that a simple feature like showing your photos on the screen is not available in india coz Amazon cloud is not available in India, its available on amazon.com only. Thats a basic feature and it doesn’t work – what do i do with that screen then – i didnt buy it to watch netflix, i have a 65 inc TV for that. Absolutely rubbish and on top of that they refuse to take it back – when they dont have a basic function thats available across the world, they should have said that they dont support it in India – now i buy it and i cant use it – and they will not take back and refund. AMAZON INDIA – YOU SUCK!!!! good reason to go to google
