Who is responsible for the after sales service?
Don’t BUY this Product. It’s a product of sub par quality and for me, it has stopped working within 10 days of installation. Very bad experience. I reached out to support but till now didn’t receive a response yet. Also, when I called the support number they hanged up on me.it had stopped working within 10 days and I had spent over 6000 Rupees. for purchase + installation. There is no warranty card of any kind. So, I don’t know if the company would charge me for repairing even when it is under so-called “domestic warranty”.The only upside is that the filtration was good until it lasted. Very bad experience so far. I’m sorry but I will give this product a thumbs down(One star) unfortunately. Go for the branded products if you have a bit higher budget.I will update this review if I get a product after-sales support or else I’ll leave it be.
