Excellent
It has been installed using 3rd party. Not so easy to install by the customer.
It is giving good quality water.
Price is economical compared to aquaguard, maintenance charges are too much.
My suggestion is to include the installation charge at the time of purchase.
Storage capacity is good.
Recommended for others to purchase. It is indian make also.

Good Asthetics With Faulty Float Apparatus
The biggest issue with the purifier is the float. It hits the tank wall because of a design flaw. As a result it cannot shut the inlet valve so it overflows. I had to do some modifications to stop the same. The tank itself is very light and flimsy. The overall body is ok.
The filtering elements seem to be of good quality. It has a large UF membrane filter, which should give a longer service life. A slight odour is present in the filtered water. I hope it’ll wither away after some use
Apart from the float, it has good asthetics. Not a bad overall package at this price point.

Nice product. If you are receiving corporation water no need of RO or UV. This product is sufficient for tap water. Hope I get better service from the company.

Faulty filter, gives a bad smell, no solutions too from the seller, they would simply ask to backwash(flush) the carbon filter. Its not so easy to do by us. They don’t have any other support apart from phone call. Well, that would have been okay if there wasn’t any such problems. I did call a local mechanic and did backwash the carbon filter but it still gives a very bad smell. Actually the water we get from Cauvery doesn’t smell anything, but this filter has got some problem that once it filters it gives a very bad smell.
Please don’t waste your money into this.

Great Value for Money
I ordered this after having horrible experiance with Eureka Forbes Water purifier.
This product is amazing value for money and you should be able to install by your self. Consider it DIY water purifier.
Initially when I tried to install I found one carbon filter missing and one additional sediment filter in its place. I ordered carbon and sediment filter from another brand and assembled everything by myself. Experiance is good but there are 2 issues.
1) No matter what you do pre-filter will leak because it has faulty rubber seal.
2) Float valve is placed in center position and it gets blocked by water tank wall before cut off so water overflows. I solved it by installing a L joint between float valve and bulb.
These all might sound technical but once you get into it you realise it’s piece of cake.
Now I have water purifier with 7 filters for Rs 4500. Similar product from renowned brands are at least double the price and I feel they cheat us big time. Be smart and start doing things by self.

Great value, highly recommended.
I’ve been using this for more than 3 weeks now and everything seems to be in order. The flavor and the TDS of the water are far more superior as compared to ordinary store bought package drinking water. Regarding built quality, the wall mounting back cover, in my opinion is not tough enough to support the weight of the water. That’s the reason why I am not using this feature.
