Bought it in July 2023 and now at the end of Feb 2024, it does not work anymore. The light stopped working a few months ago but the bubbles still were being generated indicating it was still functioning. But today no more bubble. What a waste of money. I don’t even know if I can get the replacement under guarantee…

Easily charges and created the nitrogen water. Beef working great and honestly never felt better!Ok it’s December 12th now. Been using it regularly, esp, when I wake.It still works but the display is dead (won’t light up) now.

 I would give it a 0 if I could. Worked for a month and then it stopped working. After a full charge, it wont turn on. If I connect it to charge it beepa for a minute and then stops. Ive been tryijg to get a hold of customer service but its non-existent. Terrible product and company from what I see. Do yourself a favor and save your precious money and put it to use on another company.

Ordered this water hydrogen generator to experiment with the benefits of drinking hydrogen. This generator seems like it produces a good amount of hydrogen bubbles and does not really change the flavor of the water. I also use this to water my plants as there has been research on the benefits there as well. My setup developed a leak where water was going from the bottle into the electronics contain within the base. I first noticed water in the base when the screen started to flicker, and then went out. I tried to flip the base upside down to purge the water out but this didn’t seem to work. As there is no information on how to contact the manufacturer or seller, I decided to put my electronics degree to work. I pulled off the rubber base on the bottom, pulled the four screws out, separated the base plate from the housing, removed the wire connectors from the board, removed the battery, removed the button (spring board, removed the two screws on the main board, removed the board, disconnected the screen, removed the three screws from the hydrogen generator housing, and finally let everything dry out for a few days. I tested all of the components out of the housing and put everything back in. I filled the vessel with water and ran it for ten minutes. After checking the base I did not see any water inside and put the screws back in the base. It appears the pressure created during the process caused the o-rings to fail and water to seep in. Fortunately, I was able to get the water out before to much damage was caused.Overall, I am happy with this product as I now store it upside down to keep water off the base.
